Reception/lobby area and restaurants are all very nice. The staff are friendly and efficient.
Rooms are quite dated, the beds are very hard, and the room was far to warm, and air-conditioning did not cool it.
Also disappointing that the pool has a 3300 yen per person fee to use which is not listed on website and was a major reason we chose this hotel.
View to Sky Tree is great, close proximity to senso-ji temple, and heaps of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.
Access to train stations close by.
