Very Good8.0
Clean rooms, comfortable stay, quiet neighbourhood
The room and washroom look new and clean, the bed was decent as well. However, like most Tokyo rooms, it is very small. The shower caps are not included in the toiletries they replenish daily, so you will have to get them from the reception. There is not much to do in the area except for an Ippudo and another ramen place close by.

Similar to Premier Inn chain. Great location
I can't rate this hotel highly enough. I was concerned as this was my first time in Japan but they were far better than any UK budget hotel chain. There is normally someone on the desk who speaks English and they are totally professional. Room changes daily with nice little touches in the room. Thanks to Toko who helped me with an issue with my son's luggage. Great location near 2 major subway stations. Neighborhood nice

An honest review
The room was small but that shouldn't matter because you're only there to sleep. But the service was excellent. The staff were always very attentive and responsive and always ready to attend to any needs or questions you might have. But the best part about the hotel is it's location. The hotel's location made it easy to get to almost anywhere within tokyo and that to me was the best part about the hotel.

Room very small more suited for solo or couple traveller not family. But location is really convenience.

Good location for a short stay.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights before flying back from Haneda to London. The hotel is very well situated if you are looking to travel in the south and east of Tokyo. The hotel room was very well equipped and although it was "compact" it was not too small - ideal for a short stay 2-3 days. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and polite like all Japanese hotel staff. The only down side was that they did not provide any breakfast but there is a convenience store literally next door.
