Great trip with great service
I was satisfied with my room. It was a little cramped but I understand all space in Tokyo is precious. I could not watch TV because there were no English stations. I did get 2 English movies for $10 each which was OK but selection was limited. My adult son was with me in his own room. He had his gadgets and did not miss TV as he rarely watches TV at home. When I think about it in reverse I know I did better than many foreign visitors to my province. Everyone I dealt with in hotel and in all of Tokyo were great and tried to help even when they did not speak English.

Enjoyed my stay.
The room we had was small but it was an excellent place for its value. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The location was great. It was about a 10 min walk from the train station and only a few minute walk from the main area of Ginza. Easily walking distance to their famous fish market. So much to do and see from this hotel location. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

Nice place
Great location close to transit & food. Small hotel, but hey, it's Japan.

This hotel was very good for what we needed. The location was excellent to go the fish auction. The rooms were small but we knew that when we booked the place. However, we were disappointed in the lack of service at the front desk. We generally don't ask for much but we requested a taxi and were informed that there would be a charge for that request. We chose to not use a taxi. We also asked them to make a dinner reservation at a restaurant. We provided the name and phone number and they would not do that either. Neither time was it busy. The restaurant service was poor and the food quality was medocre for breakfast, especially considering the quality and other options in the Ginza area.

The hote was located about a 7 min walk from a JR station on a small, quiet street. The room was a bit small, but not unexpected for Japan. The hotel was quite affordable considering its location in a high end part of the city. Not much to do at night as the area was mostly high end shopping, but there were some more affordable shops close by such as Uniqlo and Muji. The department stores nearby also had great food halls in the basement for relatively affordable food.
