Basic everything but view
This apartment has amazing views and a great location. The workout room is also exceptional. As far as the check in process I never received an email outlining the details but Customer Service helped quickly. The unit is 3 beds/2 baths which is a value for the price, however, the finishes are tired, old and outdated. Needs new bedding( especially pillows!) towels, and perhaps Blackout drapes like a hotel. This unit is equivalent to a 2.5 star hotel but could be fabulous with updates.

Perfect Seattle Visit
Great place to stay. Check in was a breeze. The apartment was perfect. Great restaurants just a few minutes away and a well stocked convenience store on the corner. Pike Street Market was less than 15 minutes away. Space Needle about the same.

Great gem of a place!
Great place to stay! If you’re new in the Seattle area and you don’t have a car, this is the place for you. The apartment is literally walking distance to all local attractions, and there is a market literally next door to buy basics. The apartment is very spacious and the view is amazing! Only thing is that you hear a freight train on the hour, and it could get loud, but honestly get a couple of ear plugs or close the windows when you sleep and you will be fine. The entire family loved it!

Great location. Literally a five minute walk to the clipper ferry that took us to Victoria and super close to a lot of must-visit Seattle locations. No central AC or ceiling fans, but they provide a portable AC unit and plug-in fans. We didn’t spend much time indoors so it wasn’t a big deal.
