Awful
My stay at the NAF was one of the worse i have ever had. Trouble start at check in, where they did not seem to know if I booked a room or not. I arrived the day after my initial date of arrival and they were completely lost. A manager had to be consulted to finally get my room sorted. My colleague and I went to the restaurant whilst our rooms were being prepared, we waited 1h30 for a club sandwich order. The room is enormous equipped with a full fridge freezer, a microwave but not with the essential and basic safe. They rooms are not soundproofed with the noise coming from the next door rooms and under the doors.By the way there is no light switch by the bed , so be prepared to go back to the door and navigate yourself back to your bed in the dark. We booked a conference hall which was not cleaned, not water was provided, just appalling. The wifi did not work at all and the code was for one device only. We could not do any work and had to make the decision to move to the Hilton Transcorp hotel the next day

terrible
this is not a hotel, it's an officer's mess for the air force which is masquerading as a hotel, lots of professional ladies wandering about, it took them an hour and a half to make a club sandwich, bed sheets not clean, when you complain they are not interested, most staff only speak pidgin... I cannot recommend this place at all, my advice go somewhere else...

Certainly not a five start hotel. Not even 2 Stars
Very noisy. Anyone can walk up to your room without giving prior notice. The rooms are demarcated by doors, so every noise from the next room is heard in yours and vice versa. The journey to the reception is an arduous one. No elevators, unless you travel through to the back of the building where the reception is located. It was certainly not worth is....especially as I paid twice what was written on my receipt when I calculated the naira-pound exchange rate used in the country.
