It was a poor experience. The Yotel is very hard to find and after asking several staff members in the airport we eventually found it was situated through passport and security control. It is no use at all for a hotel stay unless you are leaving in a few hours and have no luggage. We had to leave our luggage in the airport at a charge of 9 euros a bag on top of the £152 for the room. Then queue through security and passport control to get to the room. On leaving you have to queue for passport control just to go back to get your luggage then do it all again to get your flight. Terrible experience and a very poor value for money stay. Would never do it again. We have used Yotel at Gatwick without any issues but whoever came up with the location at Amsterdam needs asking why!

There were no directions to find the hotel and nobody at the airport to help, I wandered like an idiot for nearly an hour trying to find out where to go. I showed up at midnight and the checkout was at 7 am? I paid 218 dollars for a hotel and only got 7 hours of rest. This hotel is not worth it and the humidity and lack of ventilation has made in damp. They should allow late check out for tourist arriving late. TOTAL TIP OFF!
