It was horrible. I paid the room for 2 nights. Because my flight was cancelled and i check in 1 day late, the hotel just sold out my room to other guests. They refuse to give me the room i already paid.

Excelent choice
Just stayed overnight as l was flying out early the next day. Had a meal at the bar which was tasty, accompanied by two glasses of Taco Tuesday beer. Barman was very attentive, chatty and efficient. Bedroom was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Check in and out was fast and hassle free. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Stealing by trick
I experienced severe delay on the plane, we couldn't get off the plane neither was there service on the plane to call the hotel. By the time i got to the hotel, they told me my reservation jas been canceled and it was 100% paid for. I was told by the front desk to contact hotel.com and they will authorized been given a refund. They also told me to rebook, because it was 4am and needed a place to sleep. I paid again. Now i am being told a refund will not be given. This is clearly stealing by trick.

Don’t use the tea bag
I was very disappointed when I opened the tea bag and it was molded. The microwave was on the table but it didn’t have a plug. I had to pit microwave on floor by door. I spoke to the front desk to address my concerns but I was told nothing could be done. I was only there for one day. The shuttle people were amazing. The pregnant young lady at desk did not have a good attitude.
