Hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly.

Clean and spacious
The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Water temperature and pressure is excellent. Only down side is a bit of far walk to the nearest station around 8 minutes walk so if you plan on staying here during the cold winter month or have a lot of luggages, I wouldn’t recommended staying here. Other than that, it’s a great stay and the train station is on the main line Ginza line which takes you to most major tour attractions like Shibuya, Ginza, abd Askakusa.

An amazing experience and great value for money
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. I originally booked for one night and the staff bent over backwards to extend my stay in the same room (which had been booked by other guests). The room was large by Tokyo standards, the room was super clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet location opposite a baseball stadium (no noise from the games) but close to shopping and restaurants. I found a French cafe for breakfast and skipped the $25 hotel breakfast, It is a short walk to the subway station. the staff spoke English (with a smile) and this hotel contributed to making my trip to Japan an amazing experience. Some minor details: very nice English breakfast tea bags in the room, a deep bathtub, lovely bathroom, pancake breakfast or burger lunch at a budget price is available downstairs (not part of the hotel establishment but in the same building),convenience store also downstairs in the building where you can buy cheap drinks, toiletries etc., a lovely lobby with a fantastic view. After a little exploring you will find the shops and restaurants nearby which include Indian food, McDonalds, an inexpensive coffee shop, high end Italian restaurant, British style pub, many Japanese eating eating establishments etc.

Highly recommended.
Easy walking distance from Ginza line. Spotless rooms. All amenities provided. Close to all kinds of eateries including North American fast food chains. Very nice public bath. Comfortable stay at a reasonable price by Tokyo standards.

Highly recommended.
Stayed here twice during our fifteen day Japan trip. First time for two days in a superior twin room on the 13th floor facing the Jingu baseball stadium. For our second stay or four days, the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe twin room on the 14th floor with city view. The rooms were spotless and all the amenities were provided. The size of the superior twin room was apparently typical for a Tokyo hotel but small by North American standards. You can not open a big suitcase unless you place it on your bed. We liked the view though and watched a couple of baseball games from our room. The deluxe twin room was bigger with the city view. The hotel is an easy five to seven minute walk from the Gaiemmae, station G03, on the Ginza subway line and a 1250 yen taxi ride from Shibuya station if you are travelling with luggage. Station G03 is very easy to navigate, take the Jingu baseball stadium exit 3 to walk to the hotel. The hotel has all the eateries including the North American fast food chains within walking distance. There is a Family Mart on the main floor of the building. We liked the area as we explore the hustle and bustle during the day but prefer to stay in a relatively quiet location. The onsen on the 10th floor is worth a visit. There is a restaurant on site. We did not eat here as we ate on the go and thought that the 2700 yen buffet breakfast was rather expensive. Over all, a very comfortable stay and a reasonable price.
