Disappointing!

Not at all what I expected with the reviews and word of mouth. I was really disappointed in the condition of the room. At one time during my stay, the electricity cut out for about 5 minutes. I had to use my cell to call the front desk but it didn't matter because they did not pick up the phone anyways. the staff (cooking, room-service, and housekeepers) were very pleasant!
