    Large and cozy

    The apartment was very spacious yet felt very welcoming and cozy. The building was quiet, and it was in a cute neighbourhood tucked beside downtown. Not close to grocery stores but that’s ok it was easy to walk around downtown. I would stay again I was very comfortable there.

    Great place to stay!

    The location was perfect for our event at the Kinsmen sport centre. Getting there was easy, along with find places for breakfast and dinner. It was also great having the full kitchen to eat in when needed. With the location being so close to food, shopping and events, it really is a great place tp stay. The accommodation itself was easy checkin and out, clean, and shell supplied. I would definitely use this accommodation again!

    Nice Apartment

    We enjoyed our short stay in this apartment, it had everything we needed, however it was a little hot in the apartment without A/C. If you stay in the summer be prepared for it to be quite warm. Other than that it makes for a great stay very centrally located

    A Promising Letdown...

    Although spacious and cozy, we were ultimately let down by our stay. This was an expensive option for us but we went "the extra mile" because of the pictures and the way the listing ad was laid out. Unfortunately, we found the pictures to be somewhat misleading, with the unit being more run down than expected with multiple cosmetic issues not listed. One of the showers didn't work, plastic bags were covering water damage on the ceiling, ceiling light fixtures missing, and large gaps between the doors that allowed for a great deal of noise to come in from the halls and outside. Although these were all things we were able to "live with," we felt that these are things that we should have known about in advance as they definitely would have affected our decision to rent. For what it cost for the unit to be cleaned, one might also expect that the cleaner empty the garbages and wash the towels as well. It was by no means a big task for us to do, however would normally expect things like this to be included in their job description. This is where the little things that one can do would make a positive difference in the overall experience. The neighbourhood itself was ok but definitely not as "quiet" like the ad suggests, although if you're with someone else it's nice to walk around and see the old buildings. Typical for a downtown area, I suppose.. There is A LOT going on around here. As a positive, communication with the owner was reasonable overall although when asked if anything could be adjusted fee wise because of some of our unexpected concerns and broken shower, etc., nothing was solved. They did offer to come by on our last night to look at the shower (which was appreciated), but we opted out because we were leaving the next morning. Being in town for important medical procedures for family, we just wanted a good night sleep in a nice place. Needless to say, both were questionable. More Positives: free underground parking, spacious, and a hot shower in the bathroom that worked. The "grass is always greener" on the other side of the fence, but it would have been nice to have better knowledge of these some of these things ahead of time so we could make a choice to continue with our booking or look somewhere else.

    Great condo

    We were in Edmonton for a week in January 2019. We enjoyed the extra space that isn't available in a hotel room. The fireplace and heated underground parking were great perks on those cold winter evenings! Downtown location is easily accessible. Beds were comfortable.
