The Overlook Retreat
We love this property and to stay in this owner’s properties in Delaware. The well appointed and equipped property makes it easy to enjoy the stay. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable, too. Details matter!
This is by far one of the best homes we have rented to date! The home was beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and CLEAN. There was not one thing missing from this home...literally, the owner considered everything a visitor could want/need and provided it. Furthermore, the owner was responsive and an all-around nice (and accommodating) guy. The neighborhood was peaceful as well as beautiful. The neighbors were really friendly, and the pool and bay beach were lovely!

Beach oasis
Today is our last day and I don’t want to leave! This house is beautiful and takes your breath way! The pool area was amazing. It very close to everything Ocean city beach is 10 min away and Dewey is 30 min. This was a perfect location. A must book if you want to be comfortable and feel like you are in beach heaven!

Fenwick Fun
We love this property and the area around it. Within just a few steps or miles you will find most anything you want from a shore vacation. The townhouse is impeccably clean and well appointed and oh so comfortable. And the master bath shower is wonderful! Our vacation week was extremely enjoyable and our lodging was a major factor in our enjoyment. We’re ready for our next stay.

Beach Getaway
Alan and Susan’s home is absolutely beautiful! We felt like we were home for the entire duration of our stay. The check-in/check-out process was extremely easy. The online pictures is just a taste of how immaculate the property really is. We have rented properties before but this was by-far our best one yet. The location is perfect; very close to both Delaware and Maryland beaches as well as restaurants. We will definitely be planning to stay again in the near future.

Perfect beach home for our family!
My family and I stayed here for a quick getaway for my birthday. The property owners were very responsive. Upon my arrival, I saw that they had birthday balloons for me, which was the perfect touch and very thoughtful! The house was spotless and clean. It looked just like it did on the listing. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to everything, so it was the perfection location. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return. Thank you!

Wonderful Rental Property - Amazing Beach Weekend
Exactly as described, this rental property was a stunning beach villa - extremely clean, with beautiful murals and beachy details. Alan was easy to communicate with and super friendly. We arrived at the beach house to bottled waters, mini wines and plenty of K-cups! The backyard was the perfect area for our little kids to run and play while we cooked dinner on the grill. Fenwick beach was about 10 minutes away - an extremely easy and quick drive. We used most of the beach extras provided in the garage - beach chairs, boogie boards and children's arm floaties. Sadly the pool was closed for the season, information which was not told to us before we rented the home - the only slight negative in the entire experience (we would have rented to the home even without access to the pool). Overall this was an excellent property and a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to take a beach vacation to Fenwick!

Lovely house that pleases all the senses
It made my family feel so good to walk into such a clean, beautiful house. The colors and decorating choices, not to mention the murals, created such a soothing environment. We loved staying here for three nights in August. We had four adults and one teenager and we were all very comfortable and had room to spread out. The location was excellent, just 10-15 minutes to the beach. We recommend the Fenwick Island State Park for a nice day at the beach! It has bathrooms and showers, good parking, and even beach wheelchairs. Note that at the end of August, lifeguards are only available on weekends. Back to the wonderful house, we were very pleasantly surprised by the presence of bottled water in the fridge and plenty of K-cups of different types for the Keurig! Wow, what wonderful hospitality! We would love to stay in this house again. Alan is very communicative and friendly and we lacked for nothing. A great stay!
