Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge, Redding

The hotel is very clean and new, very friendly staff. Only downsides are that the room is a little pricey and didn’t like that you have to pay for parking.

Very nice, new and clean hotel. Was not crazy about the restaurant attached to the hotel however.

The room was great, clean and new. The breakfast was awesome. It is very expensive per night with the small room size with no bathtub.

The hotel is centrally located and very pretty. The service was wonderful, front desk staff was very kind. The room was nice, clean, bathroom was clean. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the building is loud. I was woken up at various times all night and morning by door slamming and people talking either outside my door, next door, or above me. The noise and the beds were my only complaint.

This is a newer hotel and it was very clean. I had a well-appointed double queen room. Small refrigerator, but no microwave. Of course Covid restrictions meant no coffee/tea in my room for the coffee maker. I called the front desk, and they brought up some coffee, but no tea. My fellow patrons got their coffee in the lobby. Again, due to Covid the desk clerk had to pour their cups and add creamer or sweetener for them. I was disappointed to see that parking is $12.00/night on top of your room rate. Redding is not sparse on land like San Francisco, so the parking rate seemed like a gouge. They said it is secure, yet I never saw security on the premises inside or out. The bed was comfortable, various pillows to choose from depending on your preference for hard or soft, and the remote control was wrapped, assuming it has been sterilized. Several of the shower curtain's hooks were unfastened, and when I tried to re-fasten them, I realized they were too thin for the purpose and had stretched out. The vanity mirror lights up - nice! And a magnifying make-up mirror is attached to the wall for those of us who need a little help seeing our faces. I ordered room service from the restaurant next door. The room service add-on fee was 24% of the total food bill. i wasn't impressed with the salad, but their tomato soup was very good.

Impeccably clean room, great reception staff so friendly and helpful ! Location adjacent to Turtle Bay Exploration Park ideal for visit and the festive Light Show across the Sundial Bridge. Their Moasic Restaurant's Smoked Tomato Soup utterly memorable!

Really an excellent property, right next to the Sundial Bridge. All the latest amenities, including internet TV. The front desk staff provided texting information for any questions or needs. One word of caution - the attached restaurant (Mosaic - quite good!) offers room service, but it is really just delivery of a takeout meal to your room because of COVID. Had I known, I would have picked up the bag myself instead of paying a $14 fee.
