Not your typical hotel / B&B but great nonetheless
This is not a typical hotel but an old apartment converted to become a hotel. Check-in access was done effortlessly and went very smooth. I received all the necessary instructions and codes about a day before my arrival. The location is very close to Mount Royal Park but not so to the old Montreal. Since there is no front desk with tourist information, this location is more ideal for business purpose and those who have done plenty of research beforehand. There is a supermarket and convenient store nearby so you could easily stock up on food and other supplies. The place was very clean and the decor was awesome! I wish I have an apartment with the same layout.

Bed should be replaced
the apartment itself was quite nice but there are quite a few homeless people in the area. Also while the apartment was clean and as depicted in the photos the bed was lumpy and saggy and should be replaced apartment 203

Perfect Montreal getaway
The TV in the bedroom only had a wifi connection. Not sure if there is a plan to provide a cable service for that TV. The main room tv was perfect. Everything else was wonderful! Very modern and spacious for the two of us. 7 to 10 dollar uber to old montreal.

Beautiful Decor and a great stay
My stay at Milton Parc was really great. I was a bit worried before I got there because of not receiving info til the day you arrive, but everything was understandablel once I saw how beautiful the condo loft was. The floor is itself is beautiful the room was very comfortable, the bed was comfy. The kitchen appliances were state of the art and they provide you with everything you need to cook and feel comfortable. The rules they have are easy for me to follow because I'm a non smoker, don't have pets and I'm pretty quiet. I loved the decor. Alex was who my contact was from before my trip and even when I was there. He always e mailed me back and answered any question I had, so that was great. I am familiar with the neighborhood because I have stayed there before so it's nice having a Provigo minutes away and a Jean Couteau as well as there is a store almost next door and lots of great eating places including the most amazing pizza place at the corner of Du Parc and Sherbrooke. Getting anything I needed was easy. I was also within walking distance from where I had meetings so that was perfect. There is no phone associated with the apartment, but I had my cell with me and the TV in the bedroom does not work, so that's just a heads up. I know some people wrote about being scared by the people that are outside at times, but there is no need to be afraid...
