Property was great, beautiful place! property is a bit old, few construction projects, wifi sucked in our room. we had an ocean view & it was amazing ! Most of the staff members were helpful and friendly!! Specially Edwardo & Angelica from casa bella buffet were too kind & helpful and accommodating. We were treated with rude & unkind staff at the small store they have inside the resort ,we do not recommend buying anything from that store, it’s too pricy & the staff is just mean, they asked my husband to leave our infant at the front cause he had the baby on a stroller & wanted to go to the back of the store to pick up bottles of water, he refused to leave, they kept saying “no stroller” it’s not like there is no space for the stroller, he wasn’t about to leave our infant with strangers.
The only girl working at the starbucks was amazing, very sweet and kind! I didn’t catch her name but she was the only one that worked there during our stay Dec 2, 2022 - Dec 11. We felt welcomed by the front desk staff at the time of checking in. However, when it came down to checking out time, felt they were not accommodating, our shuttle was leaving at 1 pm & we asked to check out 1 hour later and we were told we will be charged different amounts each time we asked, you get diffent prices depending on who you talk to. Our airport shuttle driver whom we paid extra $145 USD refused to stop by a pharmacy on our way to the airport without more money.
