There were holes in my room and bugs, I asked for another room and they said it was the best they had. The staff was nice but the place is not in any conditions to have customers the whole building is falling apart. It was hard to find a taxi due to the place being distant from the city.

Limpieza mala, mal servicio de recibida, cortaron el agua a mitad de día y no avisaron que lo harían, mala comida no tenían desayuno buffet y el servido era muy precario. No tenian wifi, la cama sonaba y era incómoda.

Lo barato sale caro
El Canimao es un lugar de falsas apariencias. La habitación estaba en condiciones deplorables. Los muebles caídos, hongos en las paredes, cortinas sucias y oscuras, un olor raro. Parecía que no se usaba en mucho tiempo. En la aplicación no hay fotos de las habitaciones y es por una razón: Para empezar, hay dos tipos de habitaciones, las que están decentes, que son muy pocas, y las que están en mal estado, que es a donde nos mandaron. La taza del baño no servía. Cuando nos bañamos todo el piso se inundó. Las camas no estaban cómodas y las almohadas menos. Cuando cayó la noche empezaron a picarnos los mosquitos porque las ventanas no cerraban, eran más bien unas rendijas. Para coronar la noche, salieron las cucarachas, que se escondían abajo de los muebles. Tuvimos que ir a la recepción a la 1 de la mañana para pedir un cambio de habitación. Esperamos un buen rato a que nos atendieran, estábamos muy cansados y molestos. Finalmente nos pasaron a otra donde sólo encontramos un grillo. Estaba un poco mejor. Hay mucha negligencia en el hotel. El área de comida estaba sucia: tanto los manteles como los trastes, que parecía que llevaban semanas sobre las mesas. Hubo un día con buffet para desayunar donde había muy pocas opciones y malas. El huevo estaba verde y el cereal duro y rancio. La alberca no estaba funcionando. La ubicación no es muy buena para moverse. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Das Hotel war sehr enttäuschend. Der Pool hatte kein Wasser, wie auch die Wasseleitung des Öfteren. Das Restaurant war ebenso enttäuschend. Das Abendessen war nur kurz in der Mikrowelle und nur oberflächlich warm, innen noch völlig kalt. Das Frühstück war sehr lieblos. Es gab kein Obst, keinen Saft oder ähnliches. Wie hier all inklusive funktionieren soll ist uns unklar, denn das Restaurant hatte nur eng begrenzte Öffnungszeiten. Die Lage ist sehr ungünstig, es gibt nichts in der Umgebung. Wir können das Hotel niemandem empfehlen, jede Casa die wir in Cube genutzt haben, war schöner.

Hotel not same as advertised
It was absolutely horrible. The deal said it included the room and all meals for my husband and I. There was no food and they said we’d need to leave the property for it. When we arrived, the front desk attendant was away eating and us and another couple had to wait 25 minutes for them to arrive while other staff sat at the bar. The large pool had no water. It was very disappointing & we will never return.
