Rude Service by S. Yamamoto
Room was comfortable but customer service from the moment we walked in was terrible. I walked in and started to tell the woman ( S. Yamamoto) at the counter I had a reservation for 3 rooms. Before I could get my sentence out, she rudely said, “ Give me your passport”. Then asked for everyone’s passport. She started to look for my reservation and rudely said, “You only have 1 room for 1 person” I said I knew that, and that I have another confirmation for the other rooms. She then said for me to pull up my reservations and that she couldn’t see anything in the system. She eventually found my other reservations and charged me for another person because she said in my double room I was going to have 2 people. I said, Yes, that’s why I have a double bed. At the end she handed me the room cards and I stood there. Not a Thank You, enjoy your stay, your done, NOTHING! She just stood there. I had to ask if I was done. No one wants to travel all day and be treated in this manner. S. Yamamoto should not be at the front counter is she can’t be kind and deliver quality customer service.

We love this place. It’s so convenient and so close to the airport and subway station. Only stayed here for the night but we are going to come back here in a week before we go back to the US. It’s clean and they have a free shuttle service to the airport.

Wonderful place to stay near Haneda Airport
Stayed here for an overnight trip with my family. We have a great time in this place. Check in process was smooth, food was great and location was just perfect distance not far from Haneda airport. We will definitely stay on this hotel again next time.
