Highly recommend
Highly recommend this boutique hotel. The location was ideal - in a historic neighborhood right next to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere and even stopped in here and there to drop off anything we purchased and cool off for a bit. The suite was spacious - the pictures don’t do it justice. Each room had an en suite bathroom with comfortable beds. The living room and kitchen were large. The AC worked really well. The four of us felt very comfortable. The service was spectacular. We arrived at 7 am and the hotel sent a driver to get us from the airport. They even allowed us to rest up and shower in another suite before our room was ready. Very communicative and attentive. All their recommendations for food/coffee was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in Panama and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The communication with the property before we arrived was excellent. They sent a driver to pick us up for a fee and they delivered us to the cruise ship terminal. Both fees were well worth it. Gave us recommendations for restaurants and stores near by. There were two huge bedrooms with baths and the main room was very large with kitchen and coffee maker. We loved the place, people who worked there and highly recommend it!

Perfect Hotel
The hotel is in the perfect location. You are right in the middle of old town and able to walk to all the sights and great places to eat. The hotel is spotless and the staff are very helpful. Upon checking in I was provided with a map of old town, recommended places to eat, etc. It was wonderful having a coffee maker and milk provided each day in the room. This is not your typical sterile hotel but is full of old world charm and architecture which makes the stay extra special. The hotel manager Andres could not have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend this hotel as a wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful!!! The staff was incredibly helpful and the rooms were huge! Bed and sheets were very comfortable and the balconies really make for a relaxing experience. There are many local places to eat within 5 minutes. Easy to walk around and La Isabela was perfect for our family with kids. Will absolutely come back.
