Very late delayed arrival
This self contained B&B was very nice. I arrived very late (0200 from Rome after delays and changed flights etc etc) but Anna was brilliant in assisting me, she arranged the transfer from Fiumicino, she met us as we arrived at the door and kindly showed me in, all was very nice, I had to leave in a hurry too but the remained unfazed.

The big surprise was that we had to carry our heavy luggage up FOUR long flights of stairs and then back down again on checkout. NO elevator or help. Very difficult for seniors! The hostess and crew were lovely otherwise

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very spacious and clean. Anna was so nice and helpful and a great communicator. She made us feel very welcome. The woman (we can’t remember her name) who hosted our breakfast from Naples was so nice and very helpful with information on our cruise port. We will definitely stay there again if in Civitavecchia. Highly recommend this place and very convenient to cruise port. Five minute walk to free cruise shuttle.

Property was very clean and well kept. Third floor walk up with no lift. Included breakfast was very good. Staff was friendy, attentive and very helpful . Easy to contavt host by phone or message via expedia. Very walkable location to restaurants and port was a two minute walk. Would definetely stay there again! Highly recommend.
