The hotel was what you would expect for a 2 star hotel in Guatemala. The daily breakfast was quite good, there was plenty of coffee. The view from the balcony dining room was fantastic. The maintenance of the facilities was so-so. They had delivery food available and would provide dishes and we could eat on the balcony. That was a nice break from going to a restaurant every night. There is a convenience store down the street to buy drinks.

Best getaway
The hotel has an amazing view and different areas to relax while enjoying the view. Up to that point it’s great, the hostess don’t let people know that there is no free breakfast and when the guest checkout you get charge for every breakfast you got.

Pictures are a bit misleading. The hotel was very run down. Shower was not hot as advertised but lukewarm at best. Definitely not super clean and one of the bathroom sink taps wasn't working. No interesting amenities. It's also quite a trek from where the action so be prepared for a 25 minute walk or a tuk tuk ride. Nice view and nice staff. Reception doesn't speak English so it was a bit of a struggle to explain anything. Nice staff though. They tried.

Amazing staff, beautiful view
The loveliest people. We immediately felt welcomed by all of the staff. We got an awesome bedroom with a beautiful view on the lake. The hotel is a nice 15min walk from the center. Location is quiet and beautiful. The staff and owners were always helpful and super nice. We were sad to leave. Thanks to all of you from the hotel. You made our stay very pleasant.

The hotel is very far from the center of San Pedro. The stuff were very nice and cooperative. The room was very basic.

We enjoyed the large and bright three bed room with lake view. Largest room we had so far. We also liked the lake access and free rental of kayaks to explore the lake. The hotel is a bit out of town, but easily accessible with TukTuk.
