Quarto menor e menos sofisticado que o reservado
O atendimento e as áreas comuns do estabelecimento são muito bons. O café-da-manhã também. O ponto que me desagradou foi o quarto. Quando fiz a reserva pelo Hoteis.com estava escrito que era um quarto de 27 m2. Ainda liguei e mandei mensagem pedindo um quarto espaçoso. Quando chegamos, fomos alocados num quarto muito pequeno e com uma janela pequena. Pedi que fôssemos alocados num quarto com o tamanho compatível da reserva e disseram que estavam tomados. Então nos colocar em outro quarto pequeno (<15 m2), mas que ao menos a janela abria para fora. Não se parecia em nada com os quartos das fotos do Hoteis.com. A cama era pequena também, assim como o banheiro, que está carente de manutenção no teto. A sensação foi de que não levamos aquilo que compramos e pagamos e, portanto, tenho dúvidas se voltaremos a utilizar o Hoteis.com, ou irmos a essa pousada. Deveriam ajustar a descrição do quarto e das fotos para os clientes não se sentirem enganados.
