Decent place to stay at an affordable price
Decent place to stay. Nearby a few places open depending on time of year. A small country grocery store right across the street will have most of what you may need like water, meats, breads, cereal, etc.

No hot water complained not sure if they fixed ? Hair dryer didn’t work did not complain cause it was early morning office was closed
Looks like young ppl bought the place and are fixing it up
New towels and sheets but coverlets are dated and thin
Extra blankets are on shelf
It’s cold in rooms
Furniture is Old and very tired and not great quality
Rooms are well stocked some have kitchenettes
Affordable though

Off Seasonal rates on cottages are less and some have hot tubs and pools and likely hot water

Although old, the property is well-maintained. Spacious lawn with BBQ and benches for relaxation. Staff helped us to get our laundry done. Extra mile service. 😁

Pros- Great location
-Very comfortable beds / pillows
-Great Wi-Fi and Cable TV
-Basic clean room
-No smell / odorless room
-Nice outdoor pool
-Working A/C
-Quiet

-Great off-season rates
Cons- No disposable drinking glass in room (we were cycling so used our water bottles), there were only two wine glasses (non disposable) - not the best during Covid.
-No chest or dresser to put away clothes, only a closet with hangers
-Motel is seasonal, only open from May til end of September, so it's understandable that there is limited funds for updates.
-Room was clean except inside of entry door which was quite dirty. We did our best to clean it ourselves.
Bottom line- would definitely stay here again if rates remain stable since it checks most of the boxes for a comfortable stay.
