The room was very clean. Negative. It’s right next to the trans-Canada. There was no hairdryer. Staff was not available other than for check-in. We were on our own 10 minutes after check-in. No ice available and no staff on phone, reception door locked at 5:00 pm. This room cost almost $200 for a clean bed and room and nothing else. Lady Smith is a lovely little town.

Convenient, and only, central Ladysmith hotel. Check in very friendly. Room was nothing special but perfectly ok, but traffic noise from main road may disturb some. Easy walk to the main street. Recommended the Spice Hut restaurant next door. Would stay here again.
