Tudo mto perfeito, desde a recepção ate a saída, o café é esplêndido! Fora a localização que é especial, meia quadra da praça, ja estamos fazendo planos para o retorno. Obs: unico ponto a ser observado, solicitamos quarto paea casal e para nossa suroeesa tinha uma terceira cama no qual a acomodação ficou um tanto apertada para levantar da cama, mas nasa que tirasse o brilho da estadia.

PÉSSIMA ESTADIA
Ficamos bem decepcionados com nossa estadia. Primeiro porque a cama era extremamente dura e dormimos muito mal, segundo o café da manhã era ruim, alguns bolos secos, pouca variedade e não eram tão bons. Importante ressaltar que nossa estadia custou R$ 639,00, ou seja, super caro para o que nos efereceram, lembrando que esse hotel fica em Canela, sendo muito mais caro que alguns hotéis ótimos em Gramado. E se não bastasse, por fim, quando estávamos fazendo check-out, uma pessoa nos abordou ainda dentro do hotel, afirmando que queria que avaliassemos o hotel, o que achamos uma boa ideia, e por conta da nossa a avaliação ruim, nos ofereceu um "brinde", ou seja, "de graça" podendo escolher entre um almoço ou um passeio, quando fizemos a escolha é que veio a pegadinha, pois oara ganharmos teríamos que ir visitar uma obra ali perto que seria um no hotel do grupo Lagheto onde tentariam nos vender algum imóvel. Nunca mais voltaremos a nos hospedar em nenhuma rede Lagheto, pela péssima experiência que tivemos.
