A real find superb place.
Totaly enjoyed my stay the themed room I stayed in was amazing especially the cakes with the tea and coffee. Fresh milk and chilled water in a small fridge (no fiddly cartons). The hosts were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast hot or cold or both is wonderful with loads of choice. Its a short walk to Sothbourne beach zig zag or cliff lift to the loveley beach quieter than Bournemouth beach.

A warm welcome every day. A huge choice of food for breakfast, ranging from many different cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries and then many choices of hot food. Good sized room, with small fridge and fresh milk to go with tea, coffee making facilities. Piece of fresh cake left in room each day. Easy parking.

This was the perfect getaway from the city. We slept good all 3 nights and enjoyed the relaxation. It was not "tipping down with rain" as you might expect in mid-October.

we stayed in room 6 which was large and at the top of the accommodation - lovely airy space with sofas and 2 TV's , excellent tea and coffee making and a mini fridge would definitely recommend a stay there- Noel and Elizabeth were very helpful and breakfast was delicious with many choices

Ideal small hotel neat town and beach
I was very impressed with Southern Breeze Lodge. It is situated close to Southbourne High Street and the cliff top and wonderful beach. I was greeted by Elizabeth and Noel who were very friendly and did their best to make my short stay enjoyable. The public areas of the hotel were very clean as was my en-suite room. The double bed was comfortable - particularly the pillows (which is not always my experience with smaller hotels). There was ample tea/coffee/bottled water and biscuits laid on. The towels provided were nice and soft and of a good, heavy, quality. My room was warm in the evening (I stayed in mid-November). There was a huge selection of cereals, fresh fruit and several cooked options for breakfast. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and I will certainly try and stay at Southern Breeze Lodge on my next visit to Southbourne and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
