Charming, clean and comfortable!!
A very nice boutique hotel, well managed and with charming and courteous staff and a very good breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great value for money, a bit out of town so expect a 10-15 minutes car ride into town which is a few USD with Grab.

Love this hotel
I love this hotel, it is truly a little gem in Ho Chi Minh City. The service is what you would find at a five star hotel (taking care of locating my luggage that was lost en route to Vietnam, offering to make me breakfast as I was leaving for the airport at 2am), it is super quaint, rooms are comfortable and perfectly equipped, and the breakfast spread is diverse and good (noodle soups, fresh fruit, savory options, pastries, etc.). The only aspect that isn't totally ideal is the location. It is a nice area, but there isn't much (including basic Vietnamese restaurants) within a 15 minute walking radius. For anyone looking for a quiet respite or who doesn't mind short taxi rides to get to other areas of the city, though, it is totally fine.

Tried to cancel so glad I didn’t
After booking the hotel, I realized it was not near the main drag in Ho Chi Minh and tried to cancel my reservation but it wasn’t refundable. Thank goodness I didn’t. This place was wonderful. Clean, had the best breakfast that I had in Vietnam. I would stay again. In terms of my main concern, the provide free transportation to the center of town 2x per day. I rode the transport to the center and walked back. You can also take a grab or taxi. The walk back easy and took about 30 mins.
