Inconsistent customer service
Lovely place with great breakfast - but it should be for the price. Service was good until we checked out. We got a hold of the hotel within 12 hours to ask them to send along something. It was three days later I have not heard back. This, in my opinion, is the real test of customer service when paying over $100 a night. it is an expectation that customer service matches what is paid. This was not the case for us. On the positive side - while we were there the service was great. Ensure you ask to see the room first. The rooms without windows are very stuffy and hot so get a fan if you get out there.

Loved a cozy atomosphere and location. Helpful front desk and cozy lounge area. Reasonably priced but the one of best restaurant is next to it. I would use here again.

Great hotel with magical staff
I have stayed here a few times. Always a good place to stay in Uyuni. Nice room with hot shower, and fantastic breakfast. Hot tea and coffee is available 24/7 which is essential when you are out for night activities. The staff was amazing. I had a problem with my booking with Hotels.com which the help desk of Hotels.com did not resolve. But the staff at Jardines magically call the office and resolved it for me. They are the best!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The lobby was bright and inviting, the room comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a great restaurant, spa and fitness room. Highly recommended

The hotel is clean and in a good location. There is a step inside the room, which is not desirable. The restaurant staff is not very attentive.

This is more of a boutique hotel, with small court yards under glass roof, and stuff reminding you of sweet old times. The room is not big, but it provides you with everything a tourist in Uyuni. The staff members are really friendly and helpful.
