Everything was good, except that when we arrive to check in they had to change our room not the one we paid for and reserved Room 202 4/28-4-30 Not sure why they do that I reserved and paid for a room with a view and higher floor obviously at the time of booking it was available then we got there they didn’t have that room :(

Noisy Machine view room
We stayed at this place for two nights. Initially, We had been assigned to a room with view of a big working noisy converter, we asked for change of room and got another room with view of a big machine instead. We were told these are the only rooms available despite we made booking a month ago. We were woken up 5-6am ish in the morning for both days due to the big machine making a big noise and keeps turning on and off for hours. The room was also close to their laundry, which made some noise as well. We asked to change room again on the second night, but were told no other room but the first room we were assigned were available. I would suggest the hotel to list these rooms with specific description to note the room --Noisy Machine view room. Also this hotel does not offer onsite self parking, parking is via a building next door for $20 a night. Worst experience ever.

Excellent room, very friendly staff and great location! Louie checked us in and truly went above and beyond by printing something for me that I had left at home. Front desk mgr even offered us bottled water upon check in!
