Very lovely place
Lovely little place with cosy rooms and friendly staff. Would have liked the cooked breakfast but felt the surcharge was far too high, the bathroom was the only room that needed a lick of paint.

Staff all very friendly and helpful ! Nice atmosphere and good food. Helped with a follow up question after I left which was much appreciated.

Quiet area
Great stay, a couple of very helpful and friendly members of staff, with one rather ignorant man, we felt. Good continental breakfast included with stay, but didn’t include the yoghurt or fruit juice as we were told on our arrival. The room upstairs was rather noisy late at night and early in the morning! Good touch having the home made cookies, coffee machine and bottled water in the room. Quiet area, great for walking into Richmond Park and walking the tow path to Kew Bridge.

Hidden gem
Lovely room on the ground floor - home made biscuits with the welcome tray was a lovely touch. Very comfy bed and plenty of plugs to charge phones etc. Parking available which is unusual in this area. Hotel is within walking distance of Sheen high street which has a Waitrose.

Good value for the location
Pretty good hotel in a decent area. Good price and good staff. We use this place quite a bit with work, which we wouldn’t if it wasn’t decent.

Nice and Quiet
Beautiful rooms, good facilities, without the early morning noise of hotels. You have your privacy in quiet which makes it perfect for short business trips. The pub is cosy with that affluent suburbian London feel. The food and the service are by no means exceptional for what one might expect to get in Richmond, however it's not necessarily a deal breaker.

Fair 4.0
This place is not easy to find. And not well located for public transport. Expensive for what is on offer.

Nice little place
The hotel itself is a small place, just on the back of the pub/restaurant. The ambience of the place is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. In the morning however we discovered that the shower was a bit broken and was set to “scald”. The temperature control was broken and I could only get it down to “unbearable”. But apart from the shower needing fixing, it’s a really nice place to stay

A good little find.
A trendy pub with nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Meals are a good selection in a relaxed atmosphere. A breakfast that was excellent, possibly a little too much, cant believe i would ever say that! Staff are nice, very relaxed not corporate and overall a good place to stay. Nice area, quiet, although plane noise can be a bit of a pain but not a game changer. I would stop again without question.
