We stayed in a king-size bedroom, very spacious clean and tidy, nice view. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, plenty of choice. The staff were very pleasant were always very helpful and couteous always greeted us with a smile. We had taken the option of half board good choice of meals. A big thank you to all the staff who made us feel welcomed. Location of the Hotel was ideal as souq waqif was only a few minutes away to the souq area. Our experience at Alwadi Hotel Doha has been phenomenal . We've had a great time staying here thank you to all the staff from the porter's to the conceige and reception for making us feel very welcomed and providing a service above and beyond.

The first room was full of cigarette smell, had to go down to change the room and it was worse Smelly, old used towels and found insects on the wall Terrible and wont ever stay again

I have no complaints about this hotel. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is excellent with so many choices and excellent service by the Colonial staff members. Every need was taken care of. Also, the location is excellent as it’s right next to Souk Wakif where there are lovely local restaurants and markets to explore. The Corniche is walking distance also, as well as the Port where we went to Banana Island for the day. Overall a fab hotel to stay if you’re planning a trip to Doha.
