Horrible! 1st they couldn’t find Hotels.com booking and asked cash payment. I had booked with breakfast but they didn’t get it. They charged me more $50 dollars extra than my original booking. Nothing helps from front receptionist.

Service was disappointing.
I booked the hotel w/ free breakfast & paid for it,but when I inquired about it, i was informed that there was no breakfast available since the chef is on leave, and no complimentary to compensate to it. Also, the parking felt unsafe cause that place didn't have allotted parking space, so i had to park on the side street. But the room was comfortable and clean, as well as the condition of the hotel was great.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! I checked in at 1 am and the guy at reception could not find my booking. He made me wait almost 1 hour while he tried to talk to someone as he has zero English & could only speak Arabic. Eventually I paid him for another booking in cash as I was suppose to check out at 6 am (stayed for 4 hours) and no breakfast was provided. Terrible experience and will not stay there ever again (if you don’t speak and understand Arabic then better avoid this place) This is third time that a hotel could not find my booking and this has happened in Saudi and UK. Not sure why these hotels can’t find the bookings from hotel.com
