Not the hotel it once was….,
I have stayed at this location several times and loved it . This time it was NOT the same . The staff is not accommodating or helpful at all . As a matter of fact they are disengaged and inattentive. The restaurant which used to have full pool service is beyond a joke . Jonathan the bartender that was there everyday of my stay was atrocious. He wound sit at the bar on his phone all day. Didn’t pay attention to patrons. He would be chatting with his coworkers. Which at times was beyond loud and inappropriate for the work place . I would have to flag him down to get service . He was never around to check back if we needed anything else. I get better assistance going thru McDonald’s drive thru . Also I was sitting at a pool table had a snack and a few drinks early afternoon . The dirty dishes sat on that table till the next morning . That is gross . Whoever is now managing the support and customer service staff needs to either train the current staff what customer looks like . Or hire individuals that understand what service looks like .

An "OK" stay in Sayulita
Overall, I did not feel this property was a good value for what we spent. Over the holiday it was about $400/nt. For that price, I expect things like reliable water. If it was much less, my rating would be higher- bottom line if you charge a lot, you need to deliver something in line with that price. Pros: the location was good- just one block from the beach, easy walk to town but out of the noise. The room was generally quiet. This property used to be apartments or condos, so there is a kitchen and refrigerator. It was roomy for our family of 4. The exterior is well maintained and pleasing, pool area attractive. Onsite restaurant convenient for breakfast. Cons: Kitchen: While there is a kitchen, it is poorly equipped for anything but the most basic cooking. Very limited pots and utensils. We had to ask for a knife and cutting board. Housekeeping did not wash dishes, and the kitchen sink water never seemed to get hot. Water: I assume this was a high demand issue, but there were times the water did not flow at all, or where we couldn't get hot water. These situations were usually temporary but annoying. Safety: When you check in, they ask you to put on a plastic bracelet to wear for the whole stay. They do this to keep intruders out late at night, but our family was always in by 9. We didn't like having to wear an uncomfortable plastic bracelet for 8 days, so removed them and I carried them in my purse in case we were asked. No working smoke detectors.

Amazing location and quiet, cozy vibe!
We loved our stay at Pueblito Sayulita and can't wait to go back! The location is perfect--close to the beach and the plaza without being right in the thick of the crowds or noise. It's easy to walk anywhere you'd like to go, but they also rent golf carts on-site if that's more your thing. We had one of the few smaller rooms without a kitchen, but didn't need one for our trip. Next time we'd like to come with a larger group and get a room with a kitchen and sitting area. The best part about our room, though, was that it was on the third floor and we were literally the only full room on that level, so we didn't have to deal with neighbors making noise. They had complimentary water and coffee available all day and a good breakfast in the hotel restaurant (which we paid for separately, since it didn't come with our particular room, but it's worth it if you'd like to add it on!) They did have a bit of trouble with water and water pressure during our stay, but it was quickly fixed and wasn't a big deal. My one suggestion to make our room even better would be to add at least one bedside lamp rather than only having overhead lights, which would make reading in bed easier. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel that we will definitely return to!

Great place to stay
We really loved our stay at this nice medium sized hotel, just a few minutes away from the busy part of town. All the credit goes to the concierge Priscilla for all of her extra attention during our stay. It's a great place to stay in Sayulita. Recommended

Great hotel and service!
Lovely hotel close to the center but away from the noise! The service was amazing, from the yummy breakfast to the concierge service who setup a boat tour and onsite massage for us. They also arranged airport pickup and dropoff so we didn't have to worry about that. The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool area was nice and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Sayulita!

Sweet Pueblito
Such a sweet and simple little spot with excellent customer service, especially from Jose who made check-in easy breezy while pointing us to the right direction if we had any questions. It was close enough to downtown making just about everything you need walking distance, but far enough from the hustle and bustle that you can sleep soundly at night. Free daily coffee and yoga lessons (Monday-Friday) on the rooftop was the cherry on top!
Yoga in the morning on this rooftop was the perfect way to start our day.
