    Great staff and service.

The stay at the Pan Pacific was excellent. Two small glitches. The room was very damp. My colleague ordered a dehumidifier for his room which the hotel happily provided. Secondly, the shower did not have hot water the last 2 days, while the tub and sink did. I do highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an oasis in a busy city! Great location for exploring the city from. It's also attached to Junction City shopping centre and across the road from the Bogyoke Aung San Market, which is very handy. The staff were amazing and always there to help, especially Nora, who helped me with tips on what to see and do. Thanks for a wonderful experience! Highly recommend this hotel!

  • 8.0.Very Good

Nice bed, nice breakfast (variety of food), good location but had to wait too long for the lift up and down. Difficult car parking even get off or get in the hotel for a few minutes. Upon our check in , the staff from the reception desk was efficient but I felt like that I was in Singapore or HK but not in Myanmar. Concierge desk staff are good, prompt service.

We booked the pan pacific because it was downtown which we thought would be interesting to walk around. Unless you were interested in the huge mall next door it was not a good location. Other than the mall there were no interesting stores or restaurants. A taxi was needed to go most anywhere & it is close to an hour from the airport.

Property well located. Clean and all you expect from a hotel in this price-range. Breakfast one day was very chaotic, too many people too few seats! Also it would be great if people in very short shorts and vests are not allowed in the breakfast room or dinner table, so off putting

    Stunning hotel!

Booked the hotel as a treat to our stay in Myanmar and it was indeed the best hotel we stayed at. Great location, great food, service minded personnel and stunning hotel and facilities

The hotel is very nice but the service was very disappointing. My father and I arrived in the evening and had to wait more than 30 minutes for our bags to be brought up. We called reception three times and they were extremely unhelpful. We finally received them and the bell boy did not even apologise for the delay (in fact he was smiling and thought it was funny). As a result of all this, we were late for our dinner reservation (restaurants in Yangon are generally not open late) so we went downstairs to grab a taxi and the bell boys didn’t even offer to help us; we ended up getting one ourselves. We stayed at both the Pullman and Pan Pacific during our stay in Yangon and I would strongly recommend the Pullman due to their higher level of service and professionalism.
