The people working at the reception are helpful and friendly but the hotel itself is extremely bad. Wifi doesn't work on the 4th floor rooms. There was no hot water for 2 days at 8 am in the morning, which should be a basic thing. had to take a cold water showers. The advantage is that the hotel is closer to Termini station but the area is dirty. The area is very noisy all night long. So you wont have good sleep and probably no hot water when you wake up tired after disturbed night's sleep.

Hotel experience
First when you enter the hotel, all over smells like a dirty bathroom. We asked for a double bed, they put two singles beds together to make it one double bed and the beds were separating when you were sleeping. The hotel doesn’t have any office. They use the hallway as office. You can’t rest at all because there is always someone sitting to just chat with the receptionist. The AC was not working at all. Outside temperature was colder than inside the room. We asked several times the receptionist to check the AC, but she didn’t care. She didn’t even come inside the room to at least check if the remote is not functioned properly. And unfortunately, she was the only employee we saw in that hotel. She was in charge of everything. The bathroom was so inconvenience that if you want to wipe yourself, you have to get out of the bathroom; otherwise, you will bump your head under the sink. The pictures on the website are totally different from the actual place. We won’t be booking anymore with hotel.com

Not Bad
Solo traveler, stayed in my own room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. In my case it was a very last minute booking after my plans unexpectedly changed, but I think you could probably find better options with more time. The good: my view, the size of the room, and the breakfast. I've seen complaints that the breakfast is just pastries, but I believe that's the typical breakfast in southern Europe, and those are the best part of breakfast anyway. Also, Pizzeria Andrea is the best restaurant I've eaten at so far in Rome, and it's only a couple blocks away. The not so good: thick chunk of hair in the drain, furniture was pretty beat up, the lock on my window was broken, and it could get a bit noisy, both from the other guests and the street. Also, the man that helped me check in incorrectly told me breakfast ends at 10-- it ends at 9:30, as the sign right behind him said. Overall I'm satisfied with the stay, but there were still some issues.

It was a nice stay. We didn't encounter any problems. Air conditioning, private bathroom and included-breakfast are very good features to have for this price range.
