The property looks excellent. The service is terrible. No wonder this hotel is a ghost place. In 2019 I had an excellent experience. See my comment then. Now I booked for 5 days without checking the latest reviews. This place has no hot water and the AC doesn't cool. The reception people promised to fix the issue. They brought hot water to my room in a 20 l plastic container and advised me to open the window cause outside is cooler. The issue looks about 1 year old but they do nothing to fix it. They keep cheating trapped customers like me. I left the place after 2 nights and asked for credit for the unused 3 nights. I am willing to come back after they fix the issue because the place is a great place, They wouldn't check me out at my request. I think they kept me checked in so that can keep my money without credit refund. This is stealing ! Another fact: they have a huge restaurant where it looked that I was the only customer. The menu is poor but unreasonably expensive; twice as much compared to the competition. And they did not have beef steak in stock. They didn't have bread and Coca Cola (lol). The people working there are nice and very frustrated. Im sure that the management will blame them. It is hard for me to understand why this unique great property is left in such disarray!
