Ajith from the front desk has poor customer service skills. He was rude and refused to provide us linens and towels. He sent us away and to leave the desk when we requested to use the microwave and asked for towels. We would highly commend Christian and Amy, both front desk clerks. the hotel needs a total update, the shower drain was clogged, and the toilet bowl cover was cracked and rusty.

Ok stay
It was ok. If you’ve never been to Rome This may not be for you. The train station is convenient but the area is a bit scary. The room was nice but the building you had to go through was not well kept. The voucher for food at a local coffee shop was the free breakfast and I didn’t have time to go there.i think of you state feee breakfast or should be at the hotel not having to go to another place to get it. It was only for one night so it wasn’t too bad but I wouldn’t recommend it- sorry.

Clean Bright Hotel Close to Rome Termini station
Excellent location just across the Rome Termini station. Compare to the similar hotels in the area we stayed just a week before. This hotel was was not only much cleanner and brighter but also updated with modern furniture. The room we stayed was spacious and the building entrance door was securely locked where no smoking people could hang around. The elevatore was the first spacious elevator we ever found during our 2 week vacation in Italy where 3 luggage and 3 people could get in at the same time. There was a stainless kettle and mini refrigerator in the room that was convenient for us getting hot water and store some food. It was also nice touch the hotel put complementary Italian cookies when we checked in. This hotel is definitely a good value to stay in close to the Rome Termini station area.

Very Good 8.0
Central but not luxury.
Pleasant staff very helpful. Area was fantastic to get the “Hop on/off bus” which I strongly recommend and generally central. Few issues with the cleanliness of the shower but tbh I think it’s the finishing of the tiles not so much dirt.. Our beds were very hard and not comfortable and the 3rd bed was springs everywhere. The Tv had not one English Channel but not in the room much. The little fridge was great and the air con was great. Happy with the styling of the room and closet space etc
