Too expensive for nothing. The service at the dining area is disappointing. You have to call them for you to be noticed. The shower is clogged. The back door is lock so you have to go all the way to the entrance for you to get in. I payed almost 900$ for my room and there not even a free breakfast and i need to pay ta boat for their lake! Staff doesn’t even say hi and just pass you by even you smile at them!

Jacuzzi in the room is great. Impressive grounds with lots of activities you can pay an additional charge to partake in. Parking is inadequate (asking guests to drive up a hill to get to the larger parking and then walk up and down to get to their car.) dangerous, especially in winter. Definitely felt like the property had seen better days and we found some grime / mold in the bathroom and the TV was in a very odd place. Dinner at the restaurant was good, though a bit overpriced and we were beside the windows which were very cold and took away from the overall experience. From the bath salts for sale at the front and no free breakfast to the charge for late check out, I definitely felt like it was a cash grab at every single opportunity, which was disappointing. It’s a nice area but for the price, not sure we would stay there again.

We appreciated the staff, the room was big and very clean, the view from any location in the hotel is amazing, it's quiet and cozy. We might return in the summer to enjoy the outdoors and the lake. We did not do any outdoor winter activities but if you like that, it's a great place to visit.

The bar has a billard table that you have to pay and wait for others to stop playing since there is only one table. The food price is overpriced by a lot. The coffee machine was broken in my room. The jacuzzi in my room was quite old and so loud that I couldn't relax. I liked the fact that was rustic and quite old thought.

Super romantic room and hotel and location in general. I highly recommend the suite. We loved the sort of modern Victorian feel of it all. Restaurant was amazing breakfast was plentiful. We will for sure be returning. Maybe for the summer fun !

Great location, loved the snowshoeing trails. Room was a little dated but clean. Bar/restaurant service was slow/lacking.

Set up in a wonderful location with a beautiful snow-draped landscape, this hotel has a nice 80's vibe to it. Our king deluxe room was spacious, fitted with a jacuzzi. Most of the expected amenities were present in the room and the staff was welcoming. Restaurant Ayers serves French-Italian cuisine-themed food for supper and is fairly-priced. There is not much to do around except if you are there to play golf or to just enjoy the spa. They also provide snow-mobile/skidoos at request. Basement parking was especially helpful during heavy snowfall. The hotel can improve their room service as a couple of requested things did not arrive. Overall, it was a great stay! (4/5)
