Spacious rooms with beautiful views and well located. Would definitely book again. There is no ac, which would be a deal breaker in hotter weather. But we seem to have just missed the heatwave. It was a bit noisy with the ferry and airplanes, which didn’t bother us, but did keep up others we spoke to.

When we arrived we were told that Expedia had over-booked the location and we didn't have a room. We were then told that Expedia had another location booked for us- you didn't and we were left to find a different hotel, wasting most of our first day in Victoria.

The space was clean and cozy. This was perfect for our family of 5. It was a quick 20min walk to downtown. I loved our balcony view and the kids loved swimming in the heated pool. The staff was helpful and always checking in with us to see if we needed anything. We would stay here again!

Nice size suite for our family of 5 with two bathrooms and full kitchen, dining area. Loved the fresh air and view from the patio. Beds were comfortable. There was a washer and dryer, but we were only there for 2 nights. Walking distance to Fisherman's wharf. Wish we were staying longer. Check out requested we take our garbage to the dumpsters inside the parking garage. Don't know if that's just this place or a Canadian thing, but we've never emptied our garbage at a hotel before this.
