The lobby and elevators were dirty room was clean. Great location 5 min walk to falls. This seemed like a very safe area. The parking garage was dirty elevator was broke but it was include with hotel price.

Room Good. Breakfast information is not clear.Breakfast was not healthy. No food for diabetics. Breakfast time is not enough. it is said 6-9. when any guest comes at 8.45 am due to late sleep. he will not be able to eat BF, because at 9 all food removes. Food was not added by 8.45 am. No hot water.

Not a very good experience of the hotel
The hotel is very close to all major attractions and hence would rate great for its location. As far as service levels are concerned, there is hardly anything they offer. There is no water offered in the rooms. The bathrooms were without toiletry and hand towels. The room was not cleaned on the second day of stay. Further, though we had breakfast as part of the package we could not avail of the same on both days because of timing issues and the hotel staff was not ready to go beyond call of the duty to support.
