Honestly everyone that worked at the resort was extremely nice and helpful! Servers were ver attentive and worked very hard. My friends and I made friends with a few of the workers and loved all the bartenders. The room was so beautiful and had a great view. Overall an amazing experience!

Hotel is very family friendly, lots kids, I guess was because it was a holiday week for schools, but it never felt crowded when we went to the pool or breakfast Buffett. Everyone was respectful, guests and staff. The breakfast buffet was tasty, but expect the same items every day, but hey is breakfast how much can you improvise it. We never tried the lunch and dinner buffet since there were so many dining options around the hotel. They have plenty of staff which are very attentive. If you’re a light sleeper A/C makes a loud noise when it turns on.
