Will stay again
Very clean and close to T subway and options to eat and shop. Very quite. I did inquire about gluten free earlier when booking and told this was available. When I arrived the first morning the friendly attendant could not speak enough English to understand. I guess all of the fruit is gluten free. But I will stay here again.

“Wowed” and very happy with it.
We wanted an hotel within walking distance of downtown and chose No. 284, partly based on distance from town and that it was not a “cookie-cutter” hotel. No. 284 was anything but “cookie cutter”. We prefer to stay in small, privately run accommodations so that we can feel more at home. We were not disappointed. The art-themed ambiance and authentic works make this a truly unique residence. Our room was just right for a couple, with a clean and modern bathroom. In spite of the fact that the room was at street level, noise was at a minimum. Good coffee and tasty breakfasts included items for those with specific dietary requirements - another nice touch. We would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone who loves comfort and art. Having breakfast in front of a Damien Hirst original was a treat.

One of the best stay!
One of the best stays. Location was perfect, very central, close to everything. Staff were great and stored my bags as I arrived prior to my room being ready. The library downstairs had a fire place and a cozy place to relax with stocked fridge with refreshments and snacks available. The breakfast was just right, the best granola! My room was rather small but it was very comfortable and the bed and linens allowed for a very good sleep.

Best place for Fenway Park.
We stayed there one night for a Red Sox game at the Fenway Park. The staff was incredable, continental breakfast with very good coffee. I am a picky person and this place exceeded my expectation, I will stay there again for sure. Be aware there is no parking but there is public parking close by for about $45 (It cost me $62 because I left the car there the next day to visit downtown which is at 30 minutes walk)
