The hotel location is great (one block from Plaza de Armas), the rooms are comfortable and they provided a heater for cold nights. The breakfast is good with fresh juice and made to order eggs. The only thing to complain was that our toilet flush was not working when we checked in, we informed the main reception and it was still not working when we checked out 3 days later. Another thing is that the hotel runs out of hot water during busy times so either take a shower late at night or early mornings.

Amazing service, they let us check in early which was so amazing because we were exhausted, such amazing rooms with great touches, let us check in our bags with them before our trek, and so comfortable.
