The accommodation is beautiful, however we had a number of issues upon arrival, which negatively impacted our stay. The barbecue was gross, rusty, filthy and in very dire need of being replaced. It took a lot of talking and 2 days before a new barbecue arrived. The deck itself was dirty, the floor was clearly not cleaned, bit and pieces from the previous guests still all over the deck.
The dishwasher was not working properly, the sprayer heads were plugged. The plates were dirty in the cupboard, the remnants from previous guests still stuck to them. We also didn't have enough dishes, we made a booking for 8 guests, however there was only 5 of each size plate and 5 bowls in the kitchen cupboard, On day 4 we finally received additional plates. Basically 2 boxes of new plates were dropped off and it was up to us to unpack and clean them... we were expecting to find them ready to use in the cupboard.
Also, take note if you travel with a roof top carrier, you will not fit in the parking garage, due to height restrictions.
Our booking was managed by Brian Pederson's realty office. Unfortunately it appears this organization is ultimately primarily interested in making a profit, they are minimally invested in ensuring customer satisfaction. It took many frustrating conversations before we received the items we required. We never did receive an apology in any shape or form for the hassles we had to endure. Our hosts were clearly not invested in ensuring a fantastic vacation.
