The views were breath taking. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pools were never packed. But they were clear and beautiful. The food was so yummy! Room service was also great! The proximity to the town was helpful to get to all of our excursions.

Mixed Review
The walls are thin, so nighttime noise was an issue for me. But the worst part was being slapped with a surprise damage deposit upon checkin. While it was only about $50 and was refundable on checkout, it had to be paid in cash in the local currency (Baht), otherwise they would hold my passport for the duration of my stay. The spa was excellent. Breakfast buffet enormous and delicious. The property is huge and it took a couple of days to find my way around. There are shuttles for those who don't wish to walk.

Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at internationally is!! The service is impeccable, the restaurant has a beautiful view overlooking the ocean, the food choices are incredible, and the staff are amazing!! Bank, who works in the restaurant on the second floor was incredible. She was so helpful, cheerful, kind and ALWAYS available to assist! Ax worked at the omelette station (which I enjoyed every day of my stay) and was always pleasant and professional. Nui also worked in the restaurant and remembered that I liked the cappuccinos, and we offered to bring me one each day! There’s an infinity pool with a bar, and that was relaxing. And the room was beautiful with a soaking tub and a gorgeous ocean view from our private pool. When I return to Thailand, I definitely will stay at this establishment.
