Check in process not great. Although staff was very friendly. First room we were assigned, there was maintenance in the room when we went up. Went back down and was assigned a different room, ok no problem. About 3 hours after check in, the front desk called to ask what time we checked in and how long we planned on staying (we had only booked one night). After looking around the room, realized there were no curtains other than the sheer pull down shade. Called the front desk and they said "oh did they not tell you that was available when they gave you that room?" Ummm. No. Only thing they could offer was a king room which didn't work for our family and the parking lot lights made it feel like day time in the room all night long. Also, the pool was FREEZING. Plus side, clean room and property, comfortable bed and friendly staff.
