Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are nice and with attention to details. Great view. Only drawback is a very small indoor pool.

Friendly service, spacious rooms with comfy beds
We received a very warm welcome at reception on arrival Our room was large with comfortable beds and large balcony. The hotel restaurant had good social distancing organisation and the food was amazing both at dinner and breakfast when everything was cooked fresh to order. We will definitely be returning next year. The Arosa card issued by the hotel gives free travel on buses, trains and cable cars in the area which makes sightseeing very affordable.

Such a fantastic hotel, a perfect escape from the city. Lovely rooms, impeccably clean, a fantastic relaxing spa area and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were so helpful and gave wonderful recommendations for walks and restaurants. We will be back again soon!

Short visit to Arosa
The hotel and facilities were excellent. The staff were welcoming, informative and ready to assist at all times. We enjoyed an excellent meal and can thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Arosa.

Es ist ein sehr schön & modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Dies trifft insbesondere auf die Zimmer, Sauna und das Restaurant mit Terrasse zu. Etwas negativ aufgefallen sind die aktuell vom Hotel gewählten COVID-19 Massnahmen. Diese sind sehr restriktiv (max. 4 Leute im Pool), bzw. ungeschickt gewählt (nur jeder 2. Tisch im Restaurant belegt) was zu Kapazitätsengpässen führt welche sich direkt auf den Gast auswirken. Auch scheint das Hotel vom aktuellen Gästeansturm etwas überrascht. Das Personal ist immer sehr bemüht und freundlich aber es klappt nicht alles so wie gehofft. Generell würde ich das Hotel sicherlich ein zweites mal besuchen. Während der COVID-19 Krise, bzw. bis sich das Hotel besser hierauf eingestellt hat, würde ich hiervon jedoch absehen.

Cooles Hotel mitten im Geschehen von Arosa. Super schönes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Super herziges Frühstück (trotz Corona) und die Spa Behandlungen waren auch sensationell.
