If the setup doesn’t work, change it!
Checking took over an hour in waiting despite following instructions. When we got to the apartment the tv was already on with the South African rugby team playing - strange coincidence! Lifts down to 1 for 3 days which took up to 10 mins to become free. Apartments were nice, free parking beneficial, 1 key not sufficient, location ok, cleaning was very poor (towels not changed, stuff push to sides in rooms). Finally, without surprise, upon departure the check out guy was late again so we left after 25 mins of waiting.

Very pleasant stay in this apartment ! We highly recommand it if you are in Cape Town . There is an awesome view on the table Mountain .

It was a beautiful experience staying at these apartments. The staff is absolutely amazing. From everyday receptionists to the girls who used to come make and clean for us. Absolutely amazing. Myself and my partner would definitely live here again. The balcony is a bonus and the stone throw to be beach is priceless.

Conveniently located in the city. Easy access to the V&A Waterfront and CITCC thanks to the hotel shuttle which is complimentary. Highly recommended for women travelling Solo. Apartments are modern and well appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great for a business stay
I stayed here during a conference for 5 nights and found the apartment ideal. It is a very modern, clean and comfortable apartment, very centrally located in the CBD. Daily cleaning, which was great, while having a fully equipped kitchen. I had to wait a bit for check-out, mainly due to a high volume of guests checking in that day. However, check-in itself was quick and an initial problem with WIFI was sorted within an hour. I was very happy with the overall service and apartment (which also offers access to hotel amenities). I would definitely stay again.
