Guest Roma House is located on a quiet street within 10 to 15 minutes walk to Ottaviano metro station and Vatican City and literally 20 steps from Giacomelli Pizzeria which had some of the best food we had while in Rome. Our room was well decorated and very clean. Francesco, the owner is a wonderful host. He met us for check in and was very kind and responsive to any requests we made. He arranged taxis for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and helped us with any requests we had. The guest house also has a common area with a sink and small refrigerator and was well stocked with bottle water and coffee which was very convenient for us. Thank you Francesco for being a wonderful host. We would love to return to your guest house next time we are in Rome

Trip to Roma
The stay overall was lovely - Francesco was very friendly and up for a good conversation. The room itself was clean and well laid out with access to English television. I particularly liked how you could help yourself to a cup of tea and prepare light meals - great for traveling on your own and saving money! The hotel isn't the easiest to find once you leave Ottaviano station but it's not far so it's worth a look on Google maps before you go! There a lot to do within a short walk and the metro service from Ottaviano is good. If you are not a walker then it's worth investing in a three day travelcard. The breakfast at the local cafe (included in price of the hotel) was good.
