Stylish, modern, clean, comfortable, quiet
Second stay here and will gladly stay again. Staff speaks decent English. Breakfast was good. The “spa” (shared bath) is a great place to soak. Neighborhood is full of tasty eateries. Location is conveniently near many larger areas — e.g., Nihonbashi or Akihabara.

Great, but those mattresses are way too hard!
Such a good business as always. First cabin hotels are always clean, friendly and affordable. I’ve been using them for the last 4 years and will continue to do so. My only problem is the mattresses have recently changed at all the hotels and they are now extremely hard. It is very uncomfortable and takes a few days to get used to.

Super clean, nice public bath, and friendly staff.
I'm a big fan of "first cabin" and stayed multiple times at different locations. I highly care about cleaness and they offer the best cleaness, comfort, and friendly staff as for a semi-"capsule hotel". ( Go ahead and Google what capsule hotel is in Japan if you're not familiar with it. It's NOT a hotel, motel, or hostel.) Most places ( including this place) have public bath which I love. The staff are friendly. They answered my question both via email and phone and even mailed ( domestic) my smart phone charger which I accidentally left behind. I speak Japanese so I actually don't know how well they can support you in English, but I totally recommend this place if you're fine with staying at a capsule-ish hotel.

Always better than a hostel! 5 star feel!
This is my second time stay at a first cabin and it lived up to the last experience! The service here is amazing! I was delighted they had serval people who could speak English! I also just love their woman’s spa areas! It really is important to me that I can sleep in given my schedule and i love that the staff never makes me leave by a certain time. They have a little do not disturb sign for your cabin. The pajamas here are stretching and comfortable and they have everything you could possibly need. Great bargain!
