Bed and mini breakfast
The room was a good size and being at the back of the building was quiet. The bedroom and en suite bathroom were well equipped. The location is good, with two Metro stations within 300 metres, and several nice restaurants within a five minute walk. We met the owner briefly on arrival, then saw no staff in the four days we were there. Cleaning was good, ana although the strange "breakfast in a box" was topped up daily the sugar was not replenished on two days and no milk was provided for the one sachet of tea. The breakfast was put in a tin box in the room and eaten in the room - in other B & B's we have always eaten in a dining area, which most people would prefer. The breakfast consisted of a roll for each guest, plus packets of small biscuits and crackers, with sachets of jam. Claudia, the owner, informed us that if we wanted more than that, the cafe opposite sells breakfast (at 12 euros per person) One small change to suggest along with the breakfast is to reduce the warning notices - as an example, a notice in the bathroom instructs visitors not to put anything other than toilet paper into the toilet, then lists 12 unacceptable items and threatens a 100 euro charge if a plumber has to be called. A simple message would be sufficient. Overall an enjoyable stay because we are self sufficient travellers.

Exceptional 10.0
Perfect spot for 3/4 days in Rome
Hotel owner couldn't have been more helpful during our stay with late check-in and helping us get our luggage back from the airline. Room was great - well kept and very modern and comfortable. Location was perfect for seeing all the main sights in Rome. Would definitely recommend this bed&breakfast/hotel to anyone who just wants a nice place to rest after a hard days sightseeing - and isn't a high maintenance person/family requiring everything you pay for at a 4/5 star hotel.
