Real value!
Great people, price and value! exact what you need for a solo trip. Super comfortable.

Good 6.0
Ok but not great.
The room was clean. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and connected to the light switch so no option to turn it off. The air conditioner turned on and off all night and extremely loud as well. Finally two large garbage bags were in the elevator before I left for dinner and then when I returned.

They should charge a bit less for this QoS
I have a very low hotel bar, but there were enough misses that my stay was not pleasant. The washroom door didn't close properly. The pillows were too small and thin, the air contioning was too loud. On the last day, we were not given new soaps.

Good location
Good location and the room was big and clean! Thanfully the AC worked well too as it was warm outside. Only downside was that the wifi was a hit or miss - mostly worked but was slow.

Cold showers
Cold showers. Water was so inconsistent. Took one hot shower in four days I was there. Bathroom fan very noisy, same with AC. Room was was I expected otherwise.

The customer service was amazing!! Front desk was veey helpful, just location was in a not so popular area and there is no parking, closest overnight parking was a joke. The guy was rude and had no idea whatxhe was doing. But the hotel is great!!!
ca1 night trip with friends
Poor 2.0
Fire alarm went off while checking in and the attendant was extremely rude to guests, unhelpful and provided no guidance or assurance that someone was coming to check on it. The room was small, which is to be expected in the city, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the room wasn't fully cleaned. There were grapes left over from a previous guest and hair all over the floor.

Close to public transportation
Great location. Close to circulator buses, metro, restaurants, walkable to some museums. Hot water and coffee in lobby. Friendly, accommodating service. Room small, adequate. Reasonable rate
